On November 29, 2007, our company's “Charity Donation Event for Employees in Need” was solemnly held in the main conference room. Over fifty mid-level and senior managers from various departments attended the donation ceremony.

At 4:00 PM that afternoon, under bright sunshine, the event was held in the large conference room on the first floor of the company's office building.The “Spreading Warmth and Sharing Love” donation drive brought a profound sense of warmth. Company Chairman Pan Minzhi, Party Secretary, and all other executives led by example in contributing, while managers from every department generously opened their wallets to offer their support. On-site donations exceeded 35,000 yuan, igniting a wave of generosity within our company to assist employees facing hardship.

Since the company issued an appeal to all employees on November 26, the initiative to extend compassion to struggling colleagues and vulnerable groups has swiftly become the central theme of our corporate efforts to alleviate hardship and demonstrate care. Every employee across the company—regardless of age, gender, income, or position—has become a distinct note within this melody, collectively composing a harmonious symphony that embodies the spirit of “when one place is in need, all others lend support.”

As of November 30, the “Warmth and Care” campaign has raised over 40,000 yuan. The initiative will continue until early next month, at which point the funds collected will be distributed to employees facing financial hardship.

At 2:00 PM on September 13, 2007, during the “Leshan Radio Co., Ltd. Charity Education Poverty Alleviation Donation Ceremony” held in the conference room on the first floor of the company's office building, Chen Huaichuan, Director of the Jin Kou He District Education and Science Bureau, and his delegation solemnly signed a donation agreement with our company. They accepted the 250,000 yuan donated by our company to support education in ethnic regions for the construction of the Li Yuhao Primary School in Pinghe Yi Ethnic Township, Jin Kou He District.

It is understood that Liyuhao Primary School, located in Group 1 of Yaxi Village, Heping Yi Ethnic Township, Jinkouhe District, was originally a branch campus of a primary school in the district. It suffered from low enrollment, rudimentary facilities, and a cramped playground. In recent years, improved local transportation has attracted nearby students to enroll. The school has grown from fewer than 50 students to a full elementary school with over 110 students across six classes. This expansion has resulted in a severe shortage of educational facilities and equipment.

To support education in ethnic regions, improve teaching conditions, and optimize the educational environment, our company is donating 250,000 yuan in funding. This contribution will be transferred to the district through the Leshan Charity Federation to construct the Liyuhao Primary School, expressing our company's deep care for the Yi and Han children of Jinkouhe.

A company must not only create economic value but also generate social value. For years, the company has consistently given back to society and actively supported public welfare initiatives. Through various means such as educational donations and assistance to those in need, it has repeatedly promoted the harmonious development of regional economies and societies. This commitment has established the company as an exemplary enterprise with a strong sense of mission and responsibility.

The annual donation drive has concluded once again. This charitable initiative collected approximately 500 items of daily necessities, including winter coats, bedding, and thermal gear. We packed these into 24 large bags and rushed them to the city of Changdu in Tibet—a place we often mention yet remain unfamiliar with—before the harsh winter set in.

The vast majority of donated clothing arrived in excellent condition—nearly new, with some items still bearing their original tags. These small yet meaningful actions are quietly inspiring more and more colleagues, allowing us to feel the positive energy of our corporate culture spreading. We extend our gratitude to the postal staff. To facilitate the shipment of our parcels, we arrived at the post office early to collect the shipping forms and informed them of our bulk mailing. Upon learning of our bulk shipment, the postal staff streamlined the complex mailing process for us. They assisted with packing and weighing all 20+ parcels, working tirelessly for nearly the entire morning until they were drenched in sweat. They serve as the vital link connecting us to the recipient regions and are an indispensable support system. Thanks to their dedication and diligence, our parcels arrived safely and intact at their destination—the Qamdo region of Tibet—just one week later.

Special thanks to the volunteers of the Qamdo Youth Volunteer Association. Despite harsh weather and barren terrain, they built a platform for compassionate individuals across society to aid impoverished communities. Though volunteer groups came and went, each carried the same earnest dedication, striving to help local residents in every way possible. When our 20+ parcels arrived, they had transformed into delivery couriers and warehouse managers. Yet they wrote to us: “Though exhausted, we're truly happy. The weather is bitterly cold, but our hearts are warm. We express our deepest gratitude for the generous donations!” Thank you to these young volunteers—thank you for your passion and kindness. Winter's chill approaches, and may our acts of kindness let sunlight pierce our hearts. Finally, I urge everyone and those around you: if you have the means, please help others whenever possible. When times are hard, cultivate virtue for yourself; when times are good, extend that virtue to all!

People will forever remember this day: at 14:28 on May 12, 2008, an 8.0-magnitude earthquake struck Wenchuan County in our province, claiming the lives of tens of thousands in this catastrophe.

This sudden disaster has inflicted immense trauma and suffering upon our fellow citizens in the affected areas, deeply affecting everyone. Those who survived have lost their homes and loved ones, and now face the severe challenge of securing medical care and basic necessities.

Following the disaster, Pan Minzhi, Chairman of the company, immediately convened a board meeting. It was decided to swiftly donate 200,000 yuan to the affected people, expressing the company's support through concrete action. By the afternoon of the 13th, the company's donation of 200,000 yuan had already been transferred to the account of the Leshan Charity Federation.

During the fundraising campaign for earthquake-stricken areas, company leaders took the lead in making donations, expressing their deep concern for the affected people. All staff members responded enthusiastically, contributing generously. At the donation site set up outside the company's main gate, reporters observed numerous employees arriving immediately after seeing the appeal letter. They generously opened their wallets, competing to contribute—some donating 100 yuan, others 200 yuan, and still others 500 yuan—pouring their compassion into the donation box. In an instant, this outpouring of kindness gathered, creating a deeply moving scene. There were few words spoken; only the sincerest wishes filled the air. Among the donors were management personnel, frontline workers, retired employees, family members, and children—even three generations of one family came to donate together.

At the donation site, reporters learned that many employees working night and afternoon shifts missed the first day's donation window. They immediately called the production line to ask colleagues to donate on their behalf, while others rushed back to the company to make their contributions.

Upon hearing that the company was organizing a fundraising drive, many employees expressed their enthusiasm, saying, “When we learned about the immense losses suffered by the people in the disaster-stricken areas due to the massive earthquake, we wanted to do something for them and contribute to society. But we didn't know how to channel our donations to our fellow citizens in the affected regions. Now, the company's fundraising initiative has perfectly fulfilled our wish...” The very next day after donating, many employees proactively approached organizers to make additional contributions. It is reported that some employees, after donating to the disaster-stricken people, immediately joined the ranks of Leshan QQ volunteers to contribute their share to earthquake relief efforts.

As of the time of writing, the company has raised over 50,000 yuan in earthquake relief donations. Currently, these funds have been delivered by the company's fundraising leadership to the Leshan Charity Federation, which will distribute them to affected communities. This support aims to help disaster-stricken areas swiftly resume normal production and daily life while rebuilding their homes.

On April 23, 2009, the blood collection vehicle from Leshan Central Blood Station arrived at the entrance of our company's medical office to conduct physical examinations, laboratory tests, and blood collection for employees participating in the voluntary blood donation program.

Voluntary blood donation is a noble act of saving lives and a social virtue of mutual aid. All colleagues at our company have generously contributed their love and enthusiastically participated. This not only promotes the spirit of dedication to saving lives and helping others, but also fully embodies the noble moral character of our employees: warming the company with compassion, contributing to society with sincerity, and repaying the nation with passion.
